The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Team Varnaah is committed to delivering all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 5 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. Varnaah makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end-users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

Delivery Charge

For international orders, Shipping fee will be charged according to area pin or country. The prices are all inclusive of taxes.

We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete, and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. Varnaah shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in the delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete, and/or accurate information.

We assure you that all products sold on Varnaah are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he/she purchased it, in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.

We usually ship the product within 5 working days after receiving the order and try to deliver them within 10-15 days unless and otherwise mentioned differences on the product.
Any customs or import charges must be borne by the customer.
Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as provided by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly send us an email at contact@varnaah.com mentioning order ID within 24 hours of placing the order.

DELIVERY

Varnaah endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Varnaah fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, varnaah may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

Delivery timelines might be affected owing to COVID-19 restrictions.

COD/ Prepaid

While Varnaah aims to provide its services through online orders and ensure the delivery of its Product(s) across India, currently, Varnaah has a select list of areas where delivery can be undertaken. At the time of placing an order for purchase of Product(s), customers are required to enter their pin-code details to verify if deliveries can be carried out in their area. If the area where the user wishes that the purchased Product(s) be delivered is not within the delivery network recognized by the Logistics Partner(s) of varnaah, varnaah will not be able to process the order further.

Ordinarily, most orders are delivered within 5 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, varnaah reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While varnaah shall make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of

• Unsuitable weather conditions;
• Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
• Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
• Other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, varnaah shall make reasonable attempts at proactively intimating the end user by writing to the end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, varnaah shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.
